Adrenal Vein Sampling (AVS) is a specialized diagnostic procedure used to determine whether excessive hormone production originates from one adrenal gland or both. It is considered the gold standard for evaluating Primary Aldosteronism (Conn’s Syndrome) and helps doctors choose the most appropriate treatment.
